Basic Obedience Training

Our basic obedience classes are intended for dogs over 6 months of age and having issues with leash pulling, barking, not listening, jumping, and other boundary issues.

Behavior Modification

Behavior Modification classes are intended for dogs that have a bite history, have an unknown past such as rescues, or dogs with insecurity issues such as reactivity or uncontrollable prey drives.

Canine Good Citizen

This course is designed to train your dog to pass the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. This is a GREAT qualifier to determine whether a dog has "working" qualities.

Service Animal Training

Our Service Animal Training delves headfirst into tasking training. Whether you require medical alerts for epilepsy, diabetes, high/low heart rates, or need mobility assistance, help with PTSD, Autism, and so much more.

Our Dog Training is simple, natural, and ever-lasting!

Most dogs just need a clear pack hierarchy, consistency, and natural techniques just like we teach at Oliver & Co Dog Training! Let us show you how to transform that "bad" dog into a happy, obedient, and confident dog. We focus on developing the relationship between the human family members and the furry family members based on mutual respect and trust. We teach humans how to communicate using the right methods, body language, and vocal commands. We have a variety of different options to fit your family's needs and schedules. We can come to your home or meet individually in a public place, you can attend one of our boot-camps, pack walks, or group training sessions. If you stick to our training methods you will see dramatic improvements in your dogs' behavior that last a lifetime!

Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Does Your Training Cost?

All of our service pages have our prices listed on their pages. We recommend you check out the service that fits your needs best. When in doubt we recommend you schedule a free phone call to discuss your needs and schedule a consultation. The saying "you get what you pay for" applies even in dog training. There are plenty of dog trainers that offer lower rates for what seems like the same services. Unlike trainers who use basic techniques learned from reading books bought online or videos on Youtube, our Oliver & Co dog trainers have years of experience teaching and we have helped train thousands of dogs and their humans.

What Type Of Training Methods Do You Use

We believe in building better relationships between dogs and their human family members. Everything we use and teach is based on the idea that there are no bad dogs and we just need to learn to communicate with them; for some dogs that means leash training and for others it may mean e-collars. Every dog, family and home is different and we adapt our tools and techniques to fit your family most.

Do you offer any guarantees?

No! Dogs are not machines and there is no way to say 100% they will act how you expect (just like people each dog has their own unique personality). What we do guarantee is that we will work with you and your dog to help find balance and harmony in the home. When being offered a dog training "guarantee" it often uses aversive behaviors to simply suppress your dogs negative actions and don't actually address or treat it (the dog does not trust or respect you in this case - only fears you). What we do guarantee is that we will always seek out to find the answers you need from other trainers and consultants if we are unable to help you.

Do you make learning fun?

Yes! Dog training isn't just about teaching your dog, it's about teaching the people! If it's boring then it will make it harder for you or your family and friends to stick to the program. Making the training fun and rewarding for both you and your dog is super important and it will hep speed up the training process.
